Ozine needs Volunteers!
March 29th, 2008Ozine Fest ‘08 is fast approaching…
but we still need more people to help in the event.
Otakuzine is seeking for people who are willing to do a voluntary work on Ozine Fest ‘08 (April 5-6 @ SM megamall megatrade hall 2)
to all those who want to join.

For those who decided to join.
you must accept this agreements.
• This is a “voluntary” work. don’t expect something big from it.
• All volunteer should and must be free on both days of the event. (April 5 and 6, Saturday and Sunday.)
• Willing volunteers must be able to attend the meeting.
— meeting will be on April 2, 2008, 2:00 PM *SHARP* at Megamall Megatradehall Office (beside megatradehall 3)
—this meeting is important!. IDs for the staff will be given on this day only. so if you want to join you should attend here.
— Assigning of positions for volunteers and staffs.
— every one who attend on this day will be counted as volunteer instantly. those who can’t will be out of the list.
—questions for the meeting… reply on the chatbox or PM/YM erinos.
• Also all volunteers should be able and must be able to attend the ingress.
— Ingress will be on April 4, 2008, 12:00 PM (NOON)
— Preparations for the venue will be made on this day.
